Locomotive Characteristics

Dynamic, forward moving... puffing train
Here the planets form a dynamic shape resembling a fast going puffing train. People who have this shape of horoscope are restless, full of energy and excess pressure.
Locomotive - the first coach (planet) of the entire train
The first planet in the clockwise direction has the crucial role in this "train" - it is the locomotive that pulls all the coaches.
The locomotive gives character to the whole shape - the goals and themes of its dynamics, and the nature of this dynamics. Of course, it also depends on in which sign and, in particular, in what house is the first planet (the locomotive).
The missing part
The empty space in front of the locomotive symbolizes a missing piece of truth, life fulfilment or something that is missing in order to realise a vision. That's why people with this shape want to achieve the ultimate truth. They have a sense for things that transcend life, for the transcendent aspects of life.

They always feel that there is something missing. They see their piece of "emptiness" in the world around them, so they often try to improve it, to make it more whole. They are looking for new ways to solve problems.

Whether the effect of their action is wide or not, they are full of energy that they cannot stop, so people with this shape can sometimes "crash" or "derail". It is a period of loss of vitality.
The last coach:
Their second "limitation" is the energy that is associated with the planet in the role of the "last coach". It is the last coach that suffers the most by the dynamics so the locomotive must sometimes also be "interested" in what it "overlooks" on its personal level, even if it goes against all its big goals.
Examples of locomotives:
- Johann Wolfgang Goethe - poet, playwright, "holistic" researcher, and also a "secret counsellor", one of the first romantics. His locomotive is an imaginative, holistic Neptune.
- Isaac Newton - an extraordinary scientist of great divine importance (as he was painted by W. Blake) and also an esoteric. His locomotive is an exploratory and unorthodox Uranus.
A sense of community and the integration of one's own insecurity
The task is (and should be) to gain something that is meaningful for the whole community.

But the individual's task is also "more private" and meaningful attitude to life, reasonable use of energy, and the exploration and integration of one's own insecurity and "own emptiness."
